These Donation Terms and Conditions govern donations made through Caringtogethernorthyorks.org.uk. By making a donation, you agree to these terms.

2. Donation Process

If you opt for recurring donations, you authorise automatic charges at the frequency selected. You may cancel at any time by contacting us.

Donations are generally non‑refundable. However, refund requests may be considered in cases of:
– Duplicate payments

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the donation.

6. Cancellation of Donation

12. Gift Aid Declaration (UK Donors)

If you choose to make a donation with Gift Aid, you confirm that:
– You are a UK taxpayer, and
– You understand that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in that tax year, it is your responsibility to pay any difference.

By selecting Gift Aid, you give permission for Caring Together North Yorkshire to reclaim 25p of tax for every £1 donated.

You must notify us if:
– Your name or address changes
– You no longer pay sufficient tax
– You wish to cancel your Gift Aid declaration
